EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Rarric, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 24-hour (1 day) exchange policy for all products purchased from us, under the following terms and conditions:

📌 Exchange Eligibility

  • You must inform us within 1 day of delivery via call or WhatsApp at 0348-0627363.
  • If the product is faulty or damaged, it must be returned to Rarric within 7 days of delivery, including delivery charges.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement will be issued for the same product mentioned on the invoice.
  • Customers must send clear photographic evidence of the defective item to 0348-0627363 within 1 day of delivery before the claim can be processed.

🚫 Situations Where Exchange/Return Is Not Applicable

Exchange or return will not be accepted if:

  • Any item, accessory, or original packaging (price tag, label, invoice, etc.) is missing.
  • The product has been used, damaged, washed, or tampered with by the customer.
  • The item is not returned in the same original condition as delivered.
  • The requested size or color is unavailable in stock.
  • The order fails security verification checks.
  • The customer refuses delivery due to delays caused by weather conditions, logistics issues, or political circumstances.

💸 Refund Policy

Rarric does not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

📦 Order Cancellation

Rarric reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Payment failure or declined transaction

  • The Return & Exchange Policy does not apply to sale or discounted items.
  • Customers are required to pay Rs. 350 as return shipping and packaging charges for any exchange request.
